We are delighted to announce that the Warhammer World Visitor Centre reopens from October 17th! You can pick up new models, books and exclusive merchandise in the stores, play a game in the Gaming Hall, explore dioramas and displays in the Exhibition Centre and relax with food and drink in Bugman’s Bar.
With the ongoing global pandemic, your visit to Warhammer World will have a few more rules to follow than in the past. We know you’ll be more than happy to get on board in order to enjoy your trip!
• All visits to the Gaming Hall, Exhibition Centre and Bugman’s Bar must be booked in advance. This includes Exhibition visits using pre-purchased tickets. To book your time slots, give the Warhammer World store a call on 0115 900 4151 between the hours of 10am and 6pm.
• To comply with the latest government guidance for the Nottingham area, groups visiting Warhammer World must consist of six people or fewer, all from the same household or support bubble.
• Face coverings must be worn at all times, other than when sitting enjoying delicious Bugman’s food.
• Social distancing will be in full effect. Please pay attention to signs and one way systems, and help us keep everyone (especially you) safe while you’re visiting.
• There might be queues. We’ll be limiting the number of people in store at a time.
• There are no in store activity, painting, or events. We all want to get back to the hobby activities we love so much, but safety comes first. When this changes, we’ll let you know.
All areas of Warhammer World are now open for you, and each has its own guidelines to follow in order to help keep everyone safe.
The Warhammer and Forge World stores are open daily from 10am to 6pm. There’s no need to book in advance to visit these areas, but we are limiting the number of people. If you’re asked to wait we have a Rhino outside, a great photo opportunity!
Please wear a face covering while getting your next project to get busy with or new book to escape into. If you’re after something in particular, give the staff a friendly call on 0115 9004151 or email [email protected], and they’ll let you know if it’s worth the trip.
If you’re from further afield and not planning to visit the Exhibition, Gaming Hall and Bugman’s Bar, why not get in touch with your nearest Warhammer shop instead – they’ll be glad to help you out. And don’t forget – games-workshop.com is always open to fulfil your hobby needs!
The Gaming Hall is open daily from 10am to 6pm. Each gaming table can be used by two people from the same household (or support bubble), and your table booking is valid for the full day.
We ask that you use hand sanitiser before handling the table and scenery, and wear a face covering throughout. Please also refrain from checking out what’s going on at other tables. Also, we know emotions are high during games, but try not to shout – keep the Waaagh! in your heart, not in the air.
We’re presently unable to serve you drinks while you play – they’re only available as part of a table reservation within Bugman’s. As such, we recommend that you bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated while you dominate the battlefield.
The Warhammer World Exhibition is open daily from 11am to 6pm, with last entry at 5pm. It’s just as epic as ever!
Your entry time is fixed, and is valid for a single group of up to six people, all from the same household or support bubble. If you arrive more than five minutes late for your entry, we might be unable to let you in, and you may have to rebook. Once you’re inside, you have 90 minutes to enjoy the displays! If you want to go back in, ask the staff when you exit – they’ll be able to let you know if there’s another opening that day.
Please wear a face covering at all times when inside the Exhibition. When your jaw drops looking at the displays, we want to keep people safe and healthy!
The world’s best duardin-inspired bar is open daily from 10am and 6pm. Food and drink are available by table service only, and only during the 90 minute period you’ve booked. Your table booking can be used by up to six people from the same household or support bubble. You don’t have to wear face coverings while you’re at your table – but please put them back on if you get up and move about.
Between 10am and 11am, you can tackle the famous Bugman breakfasts, while lunch is served from 12pm. Last food orders are at 5pm (4pm on Sundays). A special (and delicious) menu is in use, along with a wide range of refreshing beverages.
A reminder that all visits to the Gaming Hall, Exhibition Centre and Bugman’s Bar must be booked in advance. This includes Exhibition visits using pre-purchased tickets. To book your time slots, give the Warhammer World store a call on 0115 900 4151 between the hours of 10am and 6pm.
The latest government guidance for the Nottingham area may be different to what you’re used to at home, so please plan for and follow our local guidance. Currently groups visiting Warhammer World must consist of six people or fewer, all from the same household or support bubble.
