1.1. Whilst you are on our premises, you must comply with all directions of our staff, relevant health and safety notices, policies and announcements made available to you at any time during your visit by any member of our staff.
1.2. If we deem that your conduct whilst visiting the premises is drunk and disorderly, aggressive, harassing, rude, violent, or is otherwise making other visitors or members of staff feel uncomfortable, or that any of your behaviour is likely to cause damage, nuisance, injury to any member of staff or other visitor of the premises, we reserve the right to remove you from the premises immediately.
1.3. We shall have the right to refuse admission or to eject you and any other visitor from the premises if in our reasonable opinion, granting you admission might be a risk to our property, the safety of others and / or affect the enjoyment of the premises by others and in particular (but without limitation) where there is a breach of any of the terms provided in these terms and conditions or where you fail to comply with any instruction given to you by a member of staff.
1.4. Members of bar staff reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at their entire discretion.
2.1. You are not permitted to wear any clothing that we deem to be displaying any inappropriate, offensive or insulting language, iconography or imagery.
2.2. We reserve the right to ask you to either remove any item of clothing that we deem breaches this policy, or leave the premises if that is not possible.
3.1. From time to time we or other authorised third parties may use the premises to carry out video recordings and / or photography on the premises. These video recordings and / or photography may also feature visitors of the premises. These include feature shots and location shots:
3.1.1. Feature shots – A feature shot is where the subject can be clearly identified in the shot itself. There will be adequate signage detailing the photography and filming, and you will be approached and the appropriate consent will be acquired before Games Workshop can use these images or recordings.
3.1.2. Location shots – A location shot is a large more encompassing shot that will include a number of subjects. There will be adequate signage detailing the photography and filming. If you do not want to be included in these shots please let a member of staff know.
3.2. You allow us to edit, modify, publish and make available such video recordings and / or photography for any of the purposes listed in this clause 3.
3.3. You agree that you will not receive any type of compensation in the event that we use such video recordings and / or photography.
3.4. For any visitors to the premises under 18, you, being the parent or legal guardian of such persons, also consent to the use of their image and/or recordings for the purposes set out in this clause 3. You acknowledge that the copyright in such images and / or recordings rests with us and / or any authorised third party and accordingly you grant us and / or any authorised third party all rights in any images and/or recordings of you and / or the visitors under the age of 18 to whom you are the parent or legal guardian.
3.5. You may carry out photography whilst you are visiting the premises. However, you are not permitted to take any video recordings of any kind without our prior explicit approval.
3.6. You are not permitted to carry out and / or record any kind of live performance or live streaming service whilst you are visiting the premises without our prior explicit approval.
4.1. In the interests of safety, you may be asked to submit to a search of your person or belongings and anyone refusing to submit or found to be in possession of materials which we believe to be dangerous or unsuitable will be denied entry or removed from the premises.
4.2. You must keep your personal belongings with you at all times. In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by us, we accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to any personal belongings brought into the premises.
4.3. Whilst dedicated car parking will be made available for visitors to the premises free of charge, we accept no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage to any vehicle (or its contents) while parked within our property or on the premises.
5.1. The sale of any age-restricted item (including but not limited to blades, cutters and aerosols) requires customers to be of a certain age before purchasing.
5.2. Staff reserve the right to refuse service of any age-restricted items to individuals that (in their entire discretion) appear underage and cannot provide any valid form of ID.
5.3. Staff reserve the right to refuse service to you at their entire discretion.
6.1. Third party miniatures and scenery (any miniatures and scenery that have not been designed and originally sold by Games Workshop or its authorised retailers, or not made entirely from parts that have been designed and originally sold by Games Workshop or its authorised retailers) are not permitted for use at the premises.
6.2. The usage of third party gaming mats at the premises is also prohibited and remains entirely at staff’s discretion.
6.3. Customers using third party miniatures will be asked by staff to either pack the miniatures away or to leave the premises.
6.4. Staff reserve the right to remove customers from the premises in the event of any non-compliance with this clause 7.
7.1. Games Workshop often sells highly sought after or limited edition items at the premises for which the availability is limited.
7.2. We provide no guarantee of any product or service being available to you during your time visiting the premises.
7.3. Staff will not be able to reserve any non-released, pre-order or limited edition products for you.
7.4. The Bugman’s Bar and restaurant area of the premises is not available for any gaming during weekends, bank holidays or school holidays.

8.2. Please note that opening times may vary due to construction works, bank holidays, weather events or any other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8.3. In the event we are running an event at the premises that exceeds the closing times of the premises themselves, please note that the services of the premises will still be unavailable after the closing hours listed at clause 8.1.
9.1. American Express is not accepted as a form of payment anywhere on the premises.
9.2. Vouchers provided by you will only be accepted if they are issued within the UK.
10.1. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
10.2. EV Chargers need to be checked in with security before using any charging points provided on the premises. If you require further assistance or information on using charging points on the premises please speak to a member of staff.
10.3. You are not permitted to take any food from the Bugman’s Bar and Restaurant area of the premises into any other area of the premises, with the exception of any drinks or snacks that are expressly held out as acceptable by members of staff.
10.4. In the case of any medical emergencies, staff reserve the right to always call for further medical assistance at their discretion.
10.5. Subject to applicable law, we shall have no liability to you if we are prevented from, or are delayed in performing our obligations under any contract or from carrying on our business by acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) epidemic or pandemic, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving our employees or any other party), failure of a utility service or transport network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or government order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of suppliers or subcontractors.
10.6. We have the right to revise and amend these terms from time to time by notifying you or by placing updated terms on our website. You may not vary these terms unless agreed in writing with us. You will be subject to the terms in force at the time that you visit the premises. You may wish to print a copy of these terms with a date-stamp for future reference.
10.7. If we fail, at any time, to insist upon the strict performance of any of your obligations under any of these terms, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
10.8. A person who is not a party to the terms shall not have any rights under or in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
10.9. These terms and any document referred to in them constitutes the whole agreement between us and supersedes all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the subject matter of these terms.
10.10. You acknowledge that, in agreeing to these terms, you do not rely on any representation or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these terms. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud.
10.11. These terms are governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
