Groups can’t charge their members for arranging a visit to Warhammer World, taking part in any activities, or games they play here. Our hobby facilities are free to use, and intended for personal enjoyment.
We don’t allow any filming or live streaming on our premises. You can take cheesy snaps for your own personal use, to show your friends what they’re missing, but no commercial photography is allowed.
Depending on the size of your group and when you visit, how we’re best able to provide our services and facilities for your group may vary. Contacting us in advance is always the best way to plan a fun experience for everyone.
When it comes to groups of younger visitors, Warhammer World has lots to offer! Whether you are an independent club or already part of the educational support programme the Warhammer Alliance, we can help tailor a visit to suit your needs. Educational related visits by school, college or university groups, booked in advance, receive free entry to the Exhibition Centre for self guided exploration. The visit needs to be arranged and accompanied by a teacher or appropriate adult throughout.

We know it can take a lot of planning to get a big bunch of friends together, or pick a date for a gaming club social. We can book tables for your group to gather their miniatures and enjoy friendly games, and discuss how you’d like your tables to be grouped together.

Because our food and drinks are freshly prepared to order, Bugman’s is unable to seat or to serve large groups at the same time. We’re happy to discuss how your group can best stagger their plans, and enjoy our cooked to order menu and drinks during your visit here.

If you plan to bring a minibus, please let us know in advance, and we can arrange for parking spaces large enough for your needs. Although space for coach parking isn’t available at Warhammer World, we can arrange a location with our security team for your coach to safely drop off and pick up.
